TrueAlert ES 59 Series weatherproof addressable appliances provide visible only and audible/visible notification for indoor and outdoor, extended temperature and extended humidity applications. They are individually addressed and receive power, supervision, and control signals from a Simplex fire alarm control panel IDNAC SLC. LED and xenon tube strobes require operation on separate IDNAC channels.

Return Details

Equipment must be returned within (30) days of the date it was shipped, or made ready for pickup. In order to initiate a return, you must contact our sales team via email at [email protected] to receive an RMA # if it meets all criteria. Products returned after (30) days from our shipment date will be refused. After RMA acceptance, any parts that are returned to FireAlarm.com are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned with original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition. If not, these parts may be subject to increased restocking fees or refusal.
