Checking Your Order Status

You can find your order status and delivery updates in Orders

You can track the status of your order from your user account. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account: To check your order status, first log in to your account on FireAlarm.com. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by providing a few details.
  • View Your Order History: After logging in, navigate to your “My account” page, where you can find the “Orders” section. This will list all of your past orders, including the ones converted from quotes.
  • Track your orders: Click on any quotation / order (A) to view its current status. You’ll see information like whether your order is processing, shipped, or completed. If you selected shipping, you will also be able to see tracking information.
  • Contact us for further updates: If you have any questions or need more details about the status of your order, feel free to contact our customer service team directly via email or phone. We’re always happy to assist you with your order.

 

Understanding Order Statuses

Pending Payment: You must complete the checkout process for your order to be shipped.

Order Processing: Your payment has been received, and we are shipping your order. Please wait 203 business days for your tracking number to be generated.

Completed: Your order has shipped and requires no further action.

On Hold: The order is awaiting payment confirmation. Stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.

Canceled: The order was cancelled by an admin or customer.
