FireAlarm.com deals with a variety of manufacturers, distributors and sources to get you the parts you need as soon as possible. With that, we have three (3) different lead-times associated with our site:
1. “Please Call For Availability” – This indicates that we can and have sourced this unit in the past, but we are unsure of the latest ETA and pricing from our manufacturer sources. In this case, we will need to reach out to our manufacturer sources before being able to provide you any concrete information.
2. “Estimated [quantity] Days/Weeks” – Depending on the quantity you are looking for, this indicates that we should have the units in-stock in one of our warehouses, with one of our manufacturer sources, or both. All of these units have a default 6 – 8 day processing time as the units must go through our product verification process at our main Hub in New York prior to being shipped out to you. Depending on your circumstances, we could expedite this processing time for additional costs.
3. “In Stock” – This equipment is in stock in either one of our local warehouses, our OEM partner warehouses, etc., but standard processing time applies (on average 1 – 5 Business Days) as the units must go through our product verification process at our main Hub in New York prior to being shipped out to you. Depending on your circumstances, we could expedite this processing time for additional costs.
