Once you receive your quote, you can convert it into an order from your user account, or directly from the quotation email. Here’s how:
Option 1. From your Quotation Email
- Approve the Quote: If you’re satisfied with the quote, simply click “pay” to approve it. Alternatively, you can give us a call to ask for adjustments or to pay via Wire Transfer.
- Convert to Order: Once you’ve approved the quote, you will be redirected to checkout.
- Checkout and Complete the Order: From there, you can proceed to checkout, and select your preferred payment method. Once you complete the payment, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Shipping for your order will be calculated upon entering your billing address at checkout.
Option 2. From your Account
- Log in to your account: First, log in to your account by clicking on the account icon on the top right of the website.
- View your quote history: After logging in, navigate to your “My account page” where you can find “Orders”. Click on a specific quote to view more details.
- Convert to order: After clicking on a specific quote number, you will see your request date, order status, quote expiration date, and the products you requested. From there, you can press the “Accept Proposal” button to convert your quote to an order.
- Checkout and complete the order: After clicking “Accept Proposal” your quote will become a pending order. Now, you may click “pay” to be redirected to checkout and complete your order. Enter your billing details and select your preferred payment method. Once you complete the payment, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Shipping for your order will be calculated upon entering your billing address at checkout.
Payment Methods
- FireAlarm.com accepts a variety of other payment methods besides Credit Card. If you would prefer to pay for your order via Wire Transfer or ACH, please give us a call at 888-497-0290 to finalize your order.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and Handling charges are not displayed on your quote unless you provide us with your full shipping address.
Courier Account
- If you would like for us to use your courier account (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), please inform us either before or after the checkout process. There will be a very small Manufacturer Handling fee charged if you plan on using your courier account/arrange for collection.
